Craft Beer Sampling Paddles
What could be more fun than starting your weekend with tastings of revolving craft beers and potential new BBQ menu items? Company 7 Pit Bosses enjoy a quality brew almost as much as they enjoy excellent BBQ. Working with our suppliers, each Friday & Saturday all day we will offer a tasting tray of 3 high quality Craft Beer products that we have paired with our Friday & Saturday QUE for only $5.00.
We will have brief backgrounds on each brew & will solicit your comments. You may also get glasses of any of the Craft Beers you prefer. If we find a winner, it may become a regular draft offering.
Friday, May 10th & Saturday, May 11th all day we will feature:
- Southern Tier Citra Fog Hazy IPA
- Wise Acres Parti Colour Pilsner
- Yellow Springs Prowler Stout
Beer paddles will be available until we close or run out! The full Pub line of beers & drinks will also be available. Remember that the Craft Beers will change every Friday & Saturday.

Southern Tier Citra Fog Hazy IPA - ABV 6% IBU 15. It’s time to shake things up! Citra Fog, Southern Tier’s newest Hazy IPA, has silky, luscious citrus and ripe, juicy mandarin notes to revolutionize your taste buds. We specially brew it so fruit-forward Citra, Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic hops spend all their time creating a pillowy soft, juicy experience with no bitterness. The result is the most crushable, hazy IPA in the game. |

Wise Acres Parti Colour Pilsner - ABV 5.6% IBU 40. This beer is brewed with Weyermann’s Italian Eraclean Malt, which is actually grown on the Adriatic coast of Italy, northeast of Venice. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc, which is a daughter to Cascade, it’s a great blend of grassy German hops and fruity American hops with a wonderful vinous character. Crisp, clean, with a touch more bitterness than your German Pilsner. |

Yellow Springs Prowler - ABV 8% IBU N/A. This beer starts with a huge roasty aroma and a deep malty character. The flavor is smooth and elegant from the use of oatmeal while still having a bold finish with plenty of lastingroasty toasty! |
