We have offered our large banquet room at no charge for our customers for over 12 years now. But sometimes you do not have a huge crowd and would like some privacy. To meet that need, we have prepared a smaller room that can accommodate up to 24 people. Reservations are on a first come/first served basis, so make your reservations early. Air Fryer Ready Take Home Non-Fried Wings To GoDear Friends,
Did you know you can order our amazing smoked chicken wings, ready for flash frying at home? Just specify NON-fried wings when you pre-order. You will get fully smoked/cooked wings that you can flash fry in your home air (or oil) fryer.

Here Are the Advantages:

  • You can pre-order the wings, just call us at 937-836-2777, dial 0 for a Pitboss when the recording begins and place your order. We will need a credit card number, a contact phone number, and a day/time you will want to pick up your order. You can keep the smoked, but not yet fried wings, in the fridge until needed!
  • You can cook the AMOUNT of wings needed at any PARTICULAR time. Just drop them in the fryer for typically 5 to 7 minutes for an internal temperature of approximately 170F and enjoy. If you want more, it just takes minutes to cook more. And, as good as our smoked wings are, you can pretty much count on your guests wanting more.
  • You can make the wings as crispy or as non-crispy as you particularly like by adjusting the time in the fryer. The Dayton & Montgomery County Public Health Department recommend food should be reheated thoroughly to 165F or hotter as rapidly as possible.
